To lead and further develop our Supply Chain activities across our sites in Pilsen and Karlovy Vary, we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain. This role focuses on planning, order management and supply chain coordination, with strong exposure to global processes and cross-site collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, manage, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient resource utilization, timely deliveries, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and further develop the supply chain team, ensuring clear goals and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate order processing, production planning, and material disposition.
  • Manage inventory and service level targets effectively.
  • Drive process optimization and digitalization initiatives, including master data management.
  • Collaborate proactively with production, logistics, procurement, and other departments locally and globally.
  • Assess and improve efficiency, performance, and innovation within the supply chain function.
  • Act as process owner for documentation to maintain IATF 16949 certification.
  • Actively participate in projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Report disciplinary to the Operations Director CZ and functionally to the Global Head of Supply Chain Solids.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment (e.g. planning, order management, supply chain coordination)
  • Initial leadership experience (team lead, supervisor or manager level) with the ambition to grow into a broader leadership role
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Fluent English and Czech; German is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate across functions and locations
