To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen we are looking for Tactical Buyer, who will be responsible for carrying out the Operational Procurement activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Operational purchasing activities
• Simple coordination with requisitioners (obtaining specifications and quantities/deadlines)
• Obtaining quotations
• Evaluation of offers and awarding, approval workflow
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Creation of contracts and their setting and administration in SAP
• Review and administration of catalogs
• Orders, order tracking, change management
• Invoice verification
• Complaint management
• Master data management
• Operational tasks in connection with supplier management

Job Requirements

• Commercial or technical education, bachelor or master study
• Previous professional experience as a buyer (alternatively: additional specialized training)
• English – Fluent in negotiations (verbal and contract texts); German is advantageous
• Experience and skill in conducting negotiations
• Ability to independently present and discuss facts with suppliers, requisitioners and strategic buyers
• Knowledge of systems and processes, especially SAP purchasing systems and Ariba
• Knowledge of the functionalities and ability to use the systems quickly and confidently
• Active communication, good argumentation and strong assertiveness
• Active pursuit of commercial goals, motivation and perseverance to achieve an attractive deal
