Job Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of standard confidentiality agreements (CDAs) with global contracting partners in English language.
• Data entry into central database of Corporate IP of the relevant contract details of CDAs.
• Monitoring of life cycle of CDAs and taking care of prolongations and amendments.
• Collecting and providing information on existing CDAs in response to internal requests.

Qualifications Required

• Patent attorney assistant, European secretary, foreign language correspondent, translator or comparable training.
• Substantial experience with IP agreements, basic legal knowledge on interpreting agreements.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, including legal terminology, are required. 
• Basic knowledge of the German language is beneficial; experience abroad is an advantage.
• Very good IT skills and preferably basic skills in using AI based tools.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach in the field of IP related issues.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and international teams.
• Confident appearance, very good team and communication skills.
• Initiative and independent working style.
• Strong ability to work and collaborate across different departments.
• Reliability and flexibility.
