The purpose of the Order To Cash Process Specialist is to administrate standard sales processes with SAP/ERP Solutions. The job holder ensures high quality support and productivity for global Customer Service as well as Business Divisions and Regions in operational topics.
The jobholder performs duties somewhat independently and relies on judgement and experience to accomplish tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrate and operate OTC processes along Rules and Corporate Standards
- Contribute to digitalization of sales processes, improve existing and set up of new OTC processes
- Provide system support and error handling of OTC-Business solutions
- Test system improvements and enhancements
- Support creation of presentations and training documents
- Facilitate OTC-Process trainings and ensure the transfer of knowledge to the subsidiaries
- Participate in global OTC projects and workshops
- Report defined KPIs and coordinate measures
- Provide user support for OTC process, incl. the monitoring and documentation.
- Autonomous troubleshooting & error handling (ServiceNow Tickets)
- Collection of user feedback & identification of improvement potentials, jointly with the product team
- Development of a knowledge database and process for OTC support cases
- Ensure master data quality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a relevant experience in the field
- Minimum of 2 years experience of working in Order to Cash or similar teams.
- Service and customer oriented, pragmatic and practical, organizational, committed
- Good and fluent oral and written English skills, German is an advantage but not a must
- Very service oriented, flexible, goal-and solution oriented, proactive, capable of working in a team
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA processes (Module SD)
- Very good knowledge of relevant MS Office tools
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and ability to participate in projects
- Confident to present in front of others
