Job Responsibilities

Supporting function for general logistics services containing the following tasks:

• Invoice check and verification 
• Alignment with Procurement in case of incorrect invoices
• Communication with external logistic service providers 
• Alignment with operational teams (Shipping, Warehouse) if add. clarification is required
• Follow-up on open export declarations nd processing of alternative export certifications
• Operational processing and reporting of EU trade shipments (confirmation of arrival)

Qualifications Required

• Experience in operational transport activities (land transportation, export, sea/air freight)
• Knowledge of transportation specific processes and requirements, basic knowledge in customs processes and  dangerous goods handling
• In-depth knowledge of cost and invoicing structure for all transport modes in the individual transportation segments
• Language skills in English required -  preferably in German (will be advantage)
• High resilience, service orientation, strong team and communication skills
