Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets in SAP S/4HANA. 
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS group policies and local GAAP. 
• Maintain internal control procedures in accordance with group ICS standards to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions. 
• Proactively assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency. 
• Oversee and develop a small team of accountants to ensure maximum efficiency. 
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. 
• Stay current with changes in local laws and regulations for financial reporting and taxes and propose actions to adopt them.

Qualification required:

• University degree in financial accounting preferred
• 5 year experience
• self starter
• professional knowledge of financial accounting
