Expert HR Projects & Processes

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimization of HR workflows and processes on an international level, especially regarding standardization, efficiency increase and automation
• Management of and participation in various HR projects
• Support in the further development and standardization of international HR reporting, especially via SAP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Warehouse
• Analyses, conceptions and implementation in the field of data-driven / data-based HR (data usage, analysis options, etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Completed university degree in the field of business informatics or similar
• Very good knowledge of HR systems SAP HCM, SuccessFactors modules and SAP Business Warehouse 
• Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus
• Good business knowledge
• Experience in international project work, project management and project leadership
• Holistic process-oriented thinking and high goal orientation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
