To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen, we are looking for:

 E-Business Specialist

The position of the E-Business Specialist is to administrate standard sales processes with E-Business Solutions and ensures high quality support and productivity for global Customer Service as well as Business Divisions and Regions in operational topics. 

Key Tasks: 

• Administrate and operate E-Business processes 
• Contribute to digitalization of sales processes and set up of new E-Business connections                            
• Provide system support and error handling of E-Business solutions                            
• Test system improvements and enhancements                            
• Support creation of presentations and training documents                            
• Facilitate E-Business trainings and ensure the transfer of knowledge to the subsidiaries                            
• Participate in global E-Business projects and workshops                            
• Report defined KPIs and coordinate measures

Qualification:

• Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form, German is an advantage 
• Profound knowledge in SAP S4Hana, Salesforce 
• Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook 
• Completed high-school education 
• Accurate, independent, and target-oriented work style 
• Flexibility, able to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks 
• Goal-oriented, absolute reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Good organizational skills
•  Enjoys working in a team
