Customer Complaint Management Specialist
Job Responsibilities
• Global administration, processing, and monitoring of the problem-solving process in SAP to ensure efficiency in handling customer complaints
• Moderation of problem and root cause analyses, immediate and corrective actions, as well as preventive measures
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by implementing corrective actions and preventing repeat errors
• Creation and support in the preparation of customer reports (e.g., 8D reports)
• Conducting Material Review Boards and quality discussions for error prevention
• Support in risk analyses (FMEA) and participation in quality initiatives
• Participation in internal and external audits as well as regular meetings for process optimization
• Collection and analysis of data to identify trends and issues
• Preparation of reports and development of strategies for efficiency improvement
• Support in training of employees in handling customer complaints and using relevant tools
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or vocational training (chemical/technical field or comparable), preferably with several years of professional experience
• Experience in quality management and proactive and solution-oriented work with customer orientation
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken Czech and English
• Very good IT skills (MS Office; SAP as an advantage)
• Basic knowledge in statistics, FMEA, 8D, and project management
• Proactive and solution-oriented work approach, organizational and communication skills, resilience, and customer orientation
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork and flexibility
