To strengthen and develop our HUB team in Pilsen, we are looking for a:

 

 

Business Controller SILICONES

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

 

  • Preparation and ongoing development of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, esp. on divisional level, including preparation of comments/annotations
  • Support of the strategic and operational budgeting process (SKL/VKP), preparation of sub-plans of the global BP5 (eg. energy costs, personnel costs, ...)
  • Preparation / coordination of BP1 cost-center budgeting in Wacker Chemie AG for Service Units and support for Business Units / Operations / Innovation; Implementation for several cost categories for SILICONES overall
  • Support of Head of Controlling and S-CO team members in all commercial questions (special analysis, ad-hoc questions, reports and comments, preparations for committees, ...)
  • Commercial support of the regions and regional controlling teams
  • Operative commercial support of SILICONES Service Units (excl. Innovation, Supply Chain, Operations)
  • SILICONES customer master data management for market segmentation
  • SILICONES product calculation management

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, accounting or management (Master's degree preferred) or similar qualifications, or a degree in chemistry with additional qualifications in business studies
  • Good knowledge of business administration
  • Good knowledge of methods and procedures of operational controlling
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good software user skills (MS Office, SAP + Business Objects)
  • First experience in controlling or comparable business fields preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner
  • Ability to work in a team; willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Willingness to go on domestic / international business trip / training
