To strengthen our team in  Nanjing , we are looking for you as a(n) Sr. Compliance Risk Management Engineer.
 

Job Responsibilities:

- Pay attention and provide update of external regulatory provisions and cases such as laws, regulations and policies that affect operational activities, continuously optimize methods and tools for collection, analysis, communicate and coordinate relevant departments to carry out or participate in the study of laws and regulations.
- Participate in the preparation of compliance risk management documents, improve the tools and templates required for compliance management, etc., and continuously optimize the compliance management system.
- Create and maintain compliance calendar, organize and participate in regular compliance inspections according to the compliance calendar and work plan.
- Organize and participant compliance risk audit and follow up the corrective actions. 
- Set up risk and control mapping, to identify all the key risks, based on industry trend, national and local regulation and trend, monitoring finding etc.
- Set up effective early warning indicators or risk monitoring models, warn the risks in a forward-looking manner, and release them in a timely.
- Standardize and continue improving of working and operation management process.
- Follow up the design and implementation of corrective actions related to non-compliance to the Chinese regulations and standards related to safety, firefighting, explosion protection, health, environment protection, waste handling, hazardous chemical storage, and engineering project permitting.
- Follow up the inputs preparation for permits related to EHS and Engineering Projects. (e.g., EIA, SIA, etc.)
- Closely work with production, engineering, EHSS and PA to communicate the risk and findings, identify root cause behind, and land proper mitigation actions.

Qualifications Required:

- University degree in chemical industry related major.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in EHS, process or lean production in a chemical or engineering company.
- Good data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills, can gather information, organize, analyze it and as necessary, help develop appropriate options and actions.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of government policies and regulations.
- Communication skill with different levels within a company organization.
- Good in English and Mandarin.
- Good office software skills.
