Logistics Assistant

At our site in Nanjing, we are currently looking for a(n) Logistics Assistant.

Job Responsibilities：

- Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations.
- Routine shipping logistics operation and management, including domestic road transportation, multi-transportation, railway transportation, bulk delivery etc.  
- Track all shipping status, ensure all outbound are timely to meet customer needs. make sure SAP & LCT data updated timely and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain an effective communication channel within logistics function team internally, CSR/MRP/sales and other departments as well; Collect marketing intelligence for business development. 
- Regular review and maintain shipping logistics procedure, drive for logistics process improvement and optimization.
- Logistics service provider (LSP) management, including not limit to design and monitor KPIs, spot check, performance review or complaint management. 
- Understand IATF16949 related requirements; provide customers with products and services that meet requirements in accordance with legal and regulatory, customer requirements and internal management processes.
- Other task assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications Required：

-  College or above graduate. 
-  At least 3-5 years experiences in logistic field, multinational company's logistics experience and in Chemical industry is an advantage. 至少3-5年以
­-  Experience in SAP will be a plus 
­-  Fluent both oral and written English skill. 
­-  Team player, communication and problem-solving skill.
