At our site in Nanjing, we are currently looking for a(n) HR Supervisor/人力资源主管.

Job Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:
- Handle monthly payroll, social security administration and tax filling and ensure timely deposits and accuracy on these transactions. Accountable for payroll, social security and tax related questions and reports.
- Support on various market surveys and data analysis.
- Maintain existing SAP HR information system running smoothly.
- Analyze HR data with high quality and provide insightful points to improve current process and procedure of people management.
- Plan and monitor personnel cost to drive cost efficiency optimization.
- Support on implementation of SAP HR information system.
- Continuously drive the optimization on current practice, and process and policy.

 

Staffing:
- Manage daily recruiting activities in NJG, be responsible for hiring quality, speed, and cost;
- Take close monitor on local talent market, including campus, analyze the trend and provide advice on talent pooling;
- Be responsible for various staffing reports regularly and ensure the report quality;
- Continuously promote healthy company culture, improve staff engagement, prevent and manage staff disturbance/unrest incidents;
- Maintain staff award system, to set the role model for staff, support and promote company key message;
- Manage discipline system, to ensure all discipline cases are handled compliantly & effectively, all staff are treated fairly, and the company's interests are protected properly;
- Take role of site compliance officer to conduct compliance activities' execution in NJG and promote compliance culture;
- Act as HR representative in NJG, actively contribute to site HR topics and feedback site issues to HR community.

 

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor degree or above.
- Good logic thinking, sense to data, good at having findings through developing math models and data analysis.
- Solid labor law knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skill.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality sense.
- Good command on both Chinese and English.
- Experience on SAP.
