To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a Maintenance Operator (Instrumentation).
Your Responsibilities
- Execution of corrective/preventive maintenance work on existing process instrumentation systems and equipment in the plant.
- Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plans of the instruments assigned to him/her, complying with the applicable Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements, as well as the Company's procedures and standards.
- Report to the supervisor / section manager any non-conformity observed in the equipment under his/her responsibility so that it can be corrected.
- Participate in shifts according to the rotations assigned to him/her by schedule, including maintenance shifts.
- Support the revision of instrument maintenance plans according to his technical knowledge and experience for their improvement.
- Support technically the rest of the team members or other departments according to his/her technical knowledge and experience when required by his/her hierarchical superior.
- Support instrumentation works performed by external contractors (e.g. validations, engineering works, etc.) when required by his/her superior.
- Verify the safety conditions in the works in which they perform their activities, always within the applicable procedures and standards.
Your profile
- Intermediate Level Training Cycle. Specialty related to Electricity/Electronics and Automation, Industrial Equipment Maintenance or Instrumentation completed with equivalent professional experience of at least 1 to 3 years in a similar position.
- Desirable experience in the management of CMMS systems (preferably SAP-PM).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Computer tools management.
- Desirable knowledge of industrial instrumentation and regulation.
- Necessary knowledge in equipment calibration (LT, TT, PT, FT, ph, O2, etc),
- Knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, controllers, HMI and networks.
- Knowledge of calibration and verification of pH, ORP, O2 electros.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment (HPLCs, etc).
- Knowledge of automatic valves, pneumatics, hydraulics, pneumatic pumps.
- Knowledge and experience in electronics, card repair, electronic systems.
- Knowledge of regulation and control. PIDs
- Knowledge of industrial equipment in ATEX atmospheres.
- Use of measurement tools, laboratory diagnostics (oscilloscopes, etc).
- Relational skills and resilience.
- High level of proactivity, independence and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with people from very different disciplines.
