To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a HR Technician.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and advise area managers and employees on labor relations matters.
- Resolve labor issues through the application of the corresponding collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European...).
- Support in the study of labor cases, drafting the corresponding HR/RLL documentation (e.g. response to requests, labor changes, agreements...).
- Support to the HR Management in the dialogue and communications with the Works Councils. Support in the elaboration and design of company policies, regulations and individual and collective agreements.
- Design, drafting and sending of general communications, promoting and promoting their dissemination to all levels of the factory.
- Promotion of the employer brand, following WACKER Group guidelines.
- Support in relations with educational centers, job fairs, etc.
- Performance evaluation and talent development.
- Support in administrative tasks to the rest of the areas of the HR Department: development, training and documentation filing, etc.
Your profile
- Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar.
- Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
- English is an asset.
- Social and communication skills.
- Creativity, flexibility, resilience.
- Ability to work in a team, and proactivity.
- High organizational skills.
