Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative (CSR) focusing on order processing, order coordination, and sales & marketing support. The CSR will assist one or more managers in their sales and market development activities and consequently have close communication with the managers and customers.
Job Scope
Customer Service Support (50%)
- Check POs received from customers based on Wacker policies and IMS and sending to the Singapore office for processing
- Monitor and update customers accordingly based on information provided by Singapore CSRs and/or from SAP
- Co-ordinating and communicating with Singapore Customer Service Representatives, Sales Directors, Market Development Managers and Local Customers
- Monitor credit limits and accounts receivable together with Market Development Managers
- Handle complaints in consultation with the Market Development Managers, Business Team, and Singapore Customer Service Representatives
- Telephone support, including order monitoring - Acting as an Information Centre for troubleshooting
- Provide positive Customer support with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
Administrative (50%)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, calls, or emails
- Organizing seminars and meetings
- Hotel/flight bookings
- Arranging Courier and postage
- Office maintenance and purchasing of office stationeries and groceries
- Ad hoc duties/tasks can be assigned individually such as Key User tasks, Distributor Support, and Key Account Customer Service Representative
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years work experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with basic negotiation skills
- Team player and a service-oriented mindset
- Structured and with good organizational skills
- Quick to learn new technologies and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, and the ability to build trusting/credible relationships and handle sensitive discussions and confidential data
