At our Home Office site, we are currently looking for a ​Sales Manager​ to be a part of our growing team.



The Sales Manager is a critical member of the Team and drives business growth by leading customer interactions. This position is responsible for achieving annual revenue and profitability targets. Routine business travel is required and is dependent on the customers’ profiles in the assigned territory. Regular internal interactions with Customer Service, Marketing and other related Functions in a collaborative manner are critical success factors.


  • Meet/Exceed Sales Revenue and profitability targets for their assigned business.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels and document account interactions.  Understand significant changes in customer demands.
  • Grow and manage sales opportunities on a timely basis using the CRM tool along with creating/maintaining/executive customer development plans for identified accounts.
  • Building technical knowledge of products and Industry needs.  Support the introduction of new products to relevant markets and to new customers.  Provide Market intelligence inputs to maintain a current Market Data Base.
  • Engages in relevant monthly internal meetings and actively participates in scheduled training sessions.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred Chemical Engineering or Science).        
  • A minimum of 6+ years in Sales or Marketing, managing at least one large corporate account.
  • Professional communication skills both written, oral and especially listening
  • Solid knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (SAP preferred) systems
  • Ability to make commercial / technical presentations to an audience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, should be a self-starter
  • Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time
