WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS specializes in customized bio-technical solutions, high-quality fine chemicals and superior polyvinyl acetate solid resins for gum bases. At our Home Office site, we are currently looking for a ​Sales Manager​ to join our growing team.


Job Responsibilities

This position will focus on the Nutraceutical, Pet Food / Supplement & Food Markets and be responsible for significantly increasing sales and profits through effectively managing existing accounts, rollout of new product / application campaigns and prospecting. Position can be based out of home office anywhere in the US.


  • Accounts Management - Achieve Sales and Profitability goals within the assigned customer list and /or geographic area. Manage sales and all aspects of client relationships in the Nutraceutical and Food Market.
  • Responsible for growing sales and promotion of existing and new products to the Nutraceutical and Food Market.
  • Gather market intelligence and critically evaluate market opportunities
  • Critically analyze and evaluate possible new markets for our products



  • Bachelor's degree in Food / Nutra Science. / Master's Degree in Information Technology related
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales ) with specialty foods / supplements
  • Experience in nutraceutical and food markets.
  • Desire to sell with a proven track record and strong contacts in the food / nutraceutical industry required
  • Strong computer skills (incl. CRM, Microsoft Office, Internet)
  • Willingness to  travel upto 60%
  • Individual should show attention to detail, be self-motivated, organized, goal / results orientated, creative and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task
