Job Responsibilities
- Comply with company EHSS policy and compliance regulations.
- Achieve the sales targets by executing Commercial Strategy.
- Manage and grow sales in business team of Release Coating in South China, including direct customers and distribution channel management.
- Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting;
- Cooperate with cross functional colleagues like marketing, technical and KA team for necessary topics.
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in responsible region to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager related to sales, customers, and market situation.
Qualifications Required
- 3-5 years of related working experience in chemical industry;
- Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
- Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleague, customers and distributors;
- Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers;
- Flexible for business trip domestically and overseas;
- Familiar with distributor management.
