
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets by executing Commercial Strategy
- Develop market strategy which is in line with GC and global strategy
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
- Identify Key Account and develop and implement customer development plan for them
- Maintain business continuity for transplant customers from US, Europe, Japan and other South East Asia Region
- Create and lead strategic business development project (such as penetration of key account, and key qualification in existing account)
- Manage, support and coach the distributors, set up distributors target through closely work with Regional sales managers, and evaluate their performance at middle-year, year-end
- Cooperation with Marketing team to provide good market data (MDB and MDP)
- Keep eye on new application development with local technical team
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications Required
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management.
-Be familiar with Personal Care & Home Care industry, knowledge about silicone application is preferred;
-Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage;
-Initiative and self-motivated, able to work independently;
-Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for result;
-Fluent English, in both writing and speaking.
-5 years working experience
-At least 2~3 years of experience in Personal Care & Home Care industry, or with experiences in selling related specialty chemicals
-Multinational company working experience is an added advantage.
