At our site in Guangzhou, we are currently looking for a(n) Sales Manager/销售经理-华南.

Job Responsibilities

- Secure and grow the business with existing customers, make sure current business runs smoothly;
- Create new businesses and new customers;
- Develop new markets/applications for VINNAPAS dispersion in South of China (Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Hunan and Jiangxi);
- Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting;
- Manager, support and couch the distributor;
- Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan;
- Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting;
- Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for our customers;
- Handle and settle customer complaints in collaboration with the local business team.

 

Qualifications Required

- Bachelor of science, major in chemistry or related majors
- More than 3 years industrial selling experience in chemicals preferred play with commodities and standard products.
- Experience in South of China.
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit. self-reliant, good sense of judgment
- Full of energy and initiatives to understand customers, analyze market and upstream/downstream applications.
- Target oriented and persistent (never give up), ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
