WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS specializes in customized bio-technical solutions, high-quality fine chemicals and superior polyvinyl acetate solid resins for gum bases. At our Eddyville site, we are currently looking for a ​Packaging Warehouse Operator​ to join our growing team.



The Packaging Warehouse Operator is responsible for completing the packaging of complex finished goods and samples according to forecast and demand, as well as safely maintaining necessary plant hygiene standards according to relevant sanitation schedules, while also assisting with Warehouse material handling movements.


Job Responisbilities:

  • Product packaging:
    • Works on manual product packaging in bags, pouches, boxes etc. and transportation of these packages into the warehouse area. This includes product packaging and re-labeling from toll production as well as samples packaging and labeling. This also includes support of the Eddyville site production packaging and labeling when required.
    • All these packaging tasks are to be prepared and performed in full compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Basic warehouse tasks/goods movements
    • Performs goods movements in the warehouse area and sample storage area as needed, utilizing material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, walk-behind lifts, and forklifts. Performs necessary cleaning and organization to maintain food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Sample storage and packaging aids inventory management:
    • Manages proper, organized sample storage and assists with managing inventory for packaging materials such as pouches, sample jars, bags, boxes, liners and corrugated items.


Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment operating fork trucks or other industrial vehicles desired.
  • Experience in packaging and labeling of products controlled by food safety regulations.
  • Experience with strict hygiene requirements.
  • Must be able to drive material handling equipment
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
