
Job Responsibilities:
- Development of EHSS related documents as required or when necessary, such as regulation change or update.
- Conduct regular and routine EHSS inspection on site to supervise the implementation of EHSS related requirements and to provide EHSS advice to operation when necessary.
- Conduct relevant EHSS training and/or audit as planned regularly or as required based on site situation and follow up the defined actions.
- conduct and participate in relevant risk analysis of operation safety such as Plausibility Check, Wacker Analysis, Avoidance of Explosion, MOC, JSRA, PSSR, HAZOP etc. and ensure all procedure and tools are well implemented in the responsible area.
- Provide EHSS support for work permit control which includes inspection and supervision of the implementation of this procedure and sign defined specific work permits.
- Conduct firefighting and emergency drills and training when necessary.
- Familiar with safety standardization and support for relevant work, when necessary, i.e. annual self-assessment of safety standardization for the responsible area.
- Conduct EHSS activities such as EHSS campaign, safety discussion, safety day/open day.
- Work together with responsible area owners to achieve relevant EHSS target as well as continuous EHSS improvement.
- conduct incident reporting and RCA system i.e. review incident reports, support for incident investigation and RCA analysis, follow up relevant actions etc.
- Do safety permit work, to coordinate to complete related reports/approvals required by the government.
- Ensure safe production in accordance with legal and regulatory, customer requirements and internal management processes.

Job Required :
- Education in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering or other Sciences Fields;
- Good knowledge of Chemical Industry, especially in Chemical Plant Operations, EHSS management etc
- At least 3 years working experiences in Chemical Industries
- Certified Safety Engineer Certificate is preferred
- Familiar with risk assessment tools of HAZOP, LOPA, JSRA etc. and process safety management;
- Good English skill in writing and speaking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
