we are looking for you as a(n) Dispersions Production Planner II.

We are currently seeking a Dispersions Production Planner/Materials Coordinator our site in Calvert City, KY.

 

What you will do:

The Dispersions Production Planner/Materials Coordinator is responsible to schedule plant production, purchase raw materials, manage finished goods inventory levels, and optimize the production process.  In addition, this position will also manage constraints imposed by raw material, equipment, and resource availability to meet customer demands. It is the responsibility of each employee to know, understand, and diligently practice our EH&S and Security policies and practices. 

  • Purchase all raw materials and manage raw material inventory levels.
  • Schedule plant production based on sales order evaluation.
  • Coordinate deliveries of customer orders with carrier & railcar resources.
  • Develop daily production and loading schedules.
  • Manage finished goods inventory levels
  • Stay in compliance with OSHA, site, and Wacker safety regulations
  • All other duties assigned.

 

What we need from you

  • HS Diploma required; Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in chemicals manufacturing and experience with supply chain – forecasting, scheduling, logistics preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Strong problem solving
  • Organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Computer knowledge – MS office applications
  • SAP experience, preferred.
