Launch your career as a Management Trainee in Electrical Engineering for assignments e.g. at our
Burghausen (Bavaria) or Nünchritz (Saxony) site starting in October 2025.
Our 18-month management trainee program will introduce you to various departments and opportunities for development and integrate you into our day-to-day business.
Your responsibilities

Plant engineering support, optimization of electrical plant components in the field of energy and automation technology as well as electrical building equipment

Design and implement automation and digitalization concepts using the latest technologies such as AI and digital twins

Carry out project planning duties for new production plants throughout the world

Gather market intelligence and standardize technologies

Collaborate with internal service centers in innovative areas

Advise internal clients and coordinate requirements
Your qualifications

Outstanding performance in the completion of a master’s degree in electrical engineering
(automation, energy, communications or drive technology) -
International experience (study abroad, etc.) preferred

A technology mindset and a willingness to work on novel issues

A passion for networking and a love of interdisciplinary teamwork

A talent for communication and an outstanding ability to apply your expertise to the search for sustainable solutions

Business fluency in English and German (level C1)

Ability to relocate for domestic and international project assignments
