Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact and sparring partner for the managers of defined departments in all personnel-related, labor law and works constitution law issues.
- You ensure Human Resources in quantitative and qualitative terms and plan the requirements accordingly with the departments and in cooperation with out internal HR departments.
- You implement the processes and tools to ensure and further develop Performance Management and taking responsibility for the implementation of the agreed measures.
- You are familiar with the methods of Talent Management. You initiate appropriate processes and derive measures for Talent Development, including Succession Planning.
- With your Change Management expertise, you will advise and support necessary changes, moderate workshops and participate in optimization projects in the business and central areas and within HR.
- You contribute to a solution-oriented cooperation with the employee representative bodies and other internal interfaces.
Your profile
- You have an university degree in economics or law, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree.
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international industrial company.
- Your have extensive knowledge of labor and works constitution law, operational Human Resources business and working with works councils.
- Your are able to analyze business requirements and derive and implement concrete HR measures from them.
- Your business English and German skills in writting and talking are fluent.
- You enjoy international work and see assignments to other locations as an enrichment.
- You love exchanging ideas and experiences in an innovative and volatile environment.
