Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales in business team of construction sealant (Wacker Label) in North China, including direct customers and distributors
- Collect market intelligence in responsible regions, contribute to business team strategy setting
- Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager related to sales, customers and market situation
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management
- At least 3 years sales and marketing experience in sealant, or chemicals
- Distribution channel and account management skills
- Product and application experience in the sealant or adhesive, international company working background is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking
