At our site in Ann Arbor, we are currently looking for a can-do and collaborative results-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to be part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

 

WACKER internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in key functional areas. As an intern you will gain first-hand exposure to the chemical industry, learn new business skills and deepen your knowledge of your field of interest. During your internship experience, you will be engaged in meaningful projects that contribute to our business success and help you succeed in global marketplace. 

 

As a Talent Acquisiition Intern, you will support multiple Talent Acquisition projects. The learning exposure will include:

  • Deeper understanding of Talent Acquisition function within HR.
  • Full cycle recruitment process, systems, and HR compliance.
  • Recruitment Marketing

Requirements

  • Candidates pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing Communications, or related field
  • Ability to navigate through the internet
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
