What you will do:

WACKER Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment services.

Talent Acquisition Branding Specialist acts as the “in-house” resource for the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for Talent Attraction and Employment Branding strategy and execution. This role is responsible to implement a variety of marketing solutions to reach our target audience and ensure a positive employer brand reputation and an enhanced candidate experience is achievedAn ideal candidate in this role is a highly motivated individual, creative and has an out of the box mindset with a passion for brand management , understanding and clearly relaying WACKER’s values and mission both internally and externally

                       

  • Responsible for the creation, development, and execution of talent attraction and branding strategy.   Then using this strategy to develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning virtual events, and measuring results.  As well as creating go-to-market channel strategies through media, social media, events, talent communities, internal talent ambassadors, employees and other sources aligned to target audiences
  • Utilize existing assets or develop new assets database and library of collateral aligned to WACKER brand guidelines.  Create a framework and strategy for video content, i.e., static website videos through to point-in-time job advert videos
  • Ensure brand attractiveness at all candidate touch points, for example careers pages, external websites, job adverts, and candidate email templates
  • Ensuring Recruitment Marketing activities support and contribute to our DE&I strategy and all marketing and communication activities follows organizational branding guidelines
  • Collaborate and support internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Employee Experience, HR, Legal, Corporate Communications, DEI etc.).
  • Collaborate and partner with regional and global corporate global branding, marketing, and communication teams
  • Use data sources to measure effectiveness of campaigns and approaches to actively evolve and report their return on investment and continuously assess and report the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
  • Identifying new opportunities to elevate the brand in new locations through research studies, leading competitor reviews, understanding industry best practices, and nurturing partnership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in in marketing, communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a media relations or communications position for a global organization. Experience pitching, drafting and placing news stories in trade or business publications. 
  • Experience in creative thinking, employer branding, relationship building, and recruitment marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing a Talent Attraction and Brand strategy ensuring brand visual and voice consistency across all social media
  • Creation and development of Talent Attraction and Branding/Advertising materials
  • Strong experience and skills in strategic, persuasive copy writing and email marketing; website and CRM management; content creation for the digital world, graphic design, and photography skills & ability to use Adobe and other design platforms.
  • A well-developed understanding and ability to write and create content for the digital world and emerging platforms
  • Basic knowledge of marketing email design and working knowledge of social media tools (i.e., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and monitoring and reporting services
  • Advanced understanding of key messaging differences to promote an employer brand.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Effective user of social media and digital outlets to engage multiple audiences, strengthen individual and organizational brand, scale impact, and act as an influencer who can build a culture of content sharing
  • Experience in event management, social media campaigns and able to evaluate technical marketing activity e.g., PPC campaigns, attribution modelling and advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
  • Ability to develop and implement data-backed campaigns to increase awareness of career opportunities.
  • Excellent communication with strong attention to detail and ability to build effective, clear, succinct, well-designed presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Data and analytics-driven
  • Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer relationship time management and consultation skills
  • Ability to travel on an average 10%
