What you will do:
This position has responsibility for data administration in the ERP system (i.e. SAP); sets up vendors, performs master data maintenance, tracks informational records and Purchase Orders. Will trouble shoot and assist others in the department on the ERP system.
- Performs administrative duties for the department (expense reports and travel for leaders, calendar management, coordinates team meetings and communications).
- Creates status reports for the Procurement function to review and address issues. Interfaces with a variety of departments.

What we need from you:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain
- 0-3+ years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred knowledge of SAP/Ariba
- Experience with e-tools for reporting, efficiency, analysis, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and switch priorities as needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
