At our Ann Arbor site, we are currently looking for a ​Master Material Data Coordinator​ to be a part of our growing team.



Job Responsibilities


  • Enter the Master Data for Raw Materials and Finished Products into SAP for all WCC Divisions.
  • Consult, discuss and review with the Chemist of Record/Purchasing/Others on submitted data for completeness and correctness of data.
  • Monitor and audit Material Authorization Form and Management of Change processes.
  • Manage documented business processes for material master data entry and management of change within the MAF process.
  • Provide master data mass update services for projects and special business requests.
  • Provide necessary training on using the MAF forms and processes.
  • Audit master data for WCC divisions and locations.
  • Monitor data quality.
  • Provide backup for QM Coordinator (Quality Module).
  • Manage and provide assistance with the customer Technical Terms of Delivery module associated with the e-MOC process.


Job Requirements


  • Associates Degree Required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related position
  • Background in an ERP system, SAP is preferred.
  • Successful record with working in multi-functional teams.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Strong oral and written communications experience in providing instructions and seeking information and resolving "problems" in the process as they arise.
  • Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary and global teams is preferred.
