
The SAP Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving SAP processes across the NCA region. This role is ideal for someone early in their SAP career who has a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field — or someone with a non‑IT degree who has gained hands‑on SAP experience through internships, coursework, or previous roles.
The SAP Analyst will support day‑to‑day application operations by troubleshooting incidents, analyzing business processes, assisting with configuration tasks, and learning multiple SAP modules across the organization. You will work closely with senior team members, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand system functionality and support continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities
- Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve SAP incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform initial root‑cause analysis and escalate issues to senior analysts or technical teams as needed.
- Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues in the knowledge base.
- Learning & Cross‑Module Exposure
- Collaborate with experienced team members to learn SAP functions across several modules such as MM, SD, PP, IM/WM, and PM.
- Participate in team training sessions, knowledge‑sharing meetings, and project discussions.
- Build an understanding of how processes connect across different functional areas.
- Business Process Analysis
- Work with business users to understand their processes, system usage, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in identifying gaps, testing solutions, and validating system enhancements.
- Support small configuration changes under guidance and help execute testing during upgrades or projects.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and IT team members.
- Translate technical information into business‑friendly language.
- Support change management activities such as user communication, documentation, and training materials.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting SAP required
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Interest in becoming cross‑functional and learning multiple SAP modules.
- Exposure to SAP through coursework, labs, internships, or previous employment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
