Supply Chain Specialist Temp

WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS specializes in customized bio-technical solutions, high-quality fine chemicals and superior polyvinyl acetate solid resins for gum bases. At our Ann Arbor site, we are currently looking for a(n) ​Supply Chain Specialist Temp​ to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• monitor export orders and escalate to SC Supervisor/Export Logistics as necessary
• pre-booking when necessary & following up on booking requests, tracking delays and communicating to CSR/Buyer as necessary
• ensure customer specific MOQ charge is applied or working with CSR to add/increase order qty (BSI)
• reconcile offsite warehouse month end inventory discrepancies
• provide weekly late shipment reports to CSRs for service level coding
• adjust service level calculations as necessary
• printing labels for outbound orders & scheduling courier pickups as necessary
• add customer orders for W6/W7 HP TL to Harcros smartsheet
• handle day-to-day tasks related to orders, shipments, and escalate to SC Supervisor as necessary
• work with CSRs on order corrections as necessary
• ensure customer specific MOQ charge is applied or working with CSR to add/increase order qty (BSI)
• update SC open order excel sheet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience in SAP preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Able to work independently
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to think creatively and independently
