Job Requisition

•    Developing and improving analytical techniques to support product development and quality control 
•    Conducting instrumental analysis, validating analysis methods, and ensuring data integrity
•    Supporting scale-up, product transfer, and pre-production activities with analytic data 
•    Analytics equipment operation and maintenance
•    Facilitating and participating in safety activities and training sessions under the WACKER "For our Safety" Program.
•    Management of LIMS data, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications Required

Knowledge
•    Industry experience in polymer analytics.
•    Comprehensive knowledge in macromolecular chemistry and analytical chemistry or related fields
•    Experience in research and development within an industrial setting.
•    Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic market environments and commitment to ongoing professional development.
•    Strong proficiency in laboratory management.
•    Effective communication and presentation abilities.
•    Proficient in English; additional languages such as German or others are highly desirable.
