We are currently looking for a ​Strategic Purchaser (f/m/d)​ to join our growing team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Take over responsibility for the procurement of major investments, equipment and Capex-Projects;
  • Independent market analysis and development of a deep market understanding;
  • Develop procurement strategies in alignment with Project Management and Engineers;
  • Set-up of master service agreements and frame contracts;
  • Maintain and develop strong supplier relations with key-suppliers;
  • Internal reporting (e.g. consumption patterns, cost saving opportunities, generating management reports);
  • Realization of procurement under consideration of all GMP-regulations.

 

Qualifications required:

  • Successfully completed university degree or bachelor’s degree with focus on Procurement or Supply Chain;
  • Significant job experience in an operative or strategic purchasing position;
  • Experience in (strategic) purchasing including market analysis and price analysis;
  • Experience in initiating, negotiating and finalizing of significant contracts;
  • Preferable experience in Pharma or comparable branches like Food or Chemical;
  • Analytical and continuous improvement mindset;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch language;
  • Preferable user expertise in SAP S4/Hana;
  • Pro-active, teamplayer, good communicative skills and service-oriented;
  • Technical background or affinity would be beneficial;
  • You reside in and are eligible to work in The Netherlands (valid work permit).
