Job responsibilities:

• Development and transfer from customer of DSP/mRNA/LNP processes;
• Planning, execution and reporting of DSP/mRNA/LNP small-scale/laboratory runs together with Head DSP and technician / scientist;
• Transfer of developed and customer processes to the (GMP) production department of AMS and other Wacker Biotech locations;
• Participate in Project teams including communication to customers of Wacker Biotech;
• Identify opportunities and propose improvements/investments that lead to higher quality or efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications required:

• Academic level of education in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or a related discipline;
• Several years of DSP experience, preferably in the context of process development;
• Accurate, structured, flexible, and quality and safety-conscious;
• Team player with a high degree of autonomy;
• Good Dutch and English written and oral communicative skills;
• You reside in the Netherlands and you have a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands.
