At our Amsterdam-based center Wacker Biotech B.V. focuses on the GMPcompliant microbial based production of recombinant proteins, vaccines and live microbials as drug substance and drug product.

 

To strengthen our team in Amsterdam,
we are looking for you as a(n) HR Assistant (f/m/d)

 

The HR Assistant supports the Head of HR & the HR Advisor with administrative tasks. The HR Assistant ensures the correct and timely completion of administrative tasks and the processing of the associated documents in accordance with the prescribed rules & procedures.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of HR/HR Advisor in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, illness,  reintegration etc.;
  • Being the first point of contact for employees and managers;
  • Handling mail, email and telephone calls;
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection process;
  • Administrative support for payroll processing, HR projects and other ad hoc HR tasks.

 

Qualifications required:

  • HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree;
  • 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative HR role (personnel/payroll administration);
  • Knowledge & experience working with a HR information systems (Visma/YouServe & Success Factors) is a plus;
  • Good written and spoken English/Dutch language skills;
  • Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
