At our Allentown site, we are currently looking for a Technician II/III - Construction Polymers to join our growing team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Safely support product development and/or technical service of customers by doing general lab work including preparation and testing of materials
  • Proactively and independently supporting business by initiating projects, generating data, and effectively communicating results
  • Serving as an expert in safety, training, and related functions/activities


Qualifications Required

  • Associates degree in Chemisty or Bachelors of Science in Chemistry
  • Recent graduate to 7 years in an unrelated laboratory environment
  • Basic knowledge of chemistry
  • Basic knowledge of customers, market, and dynamics affecting the market
  • Knowledge of safety processes
  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory skills and notebook writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry specific standards and testing equipment and methods
  • Time management, project management, and communication skills
  • Basic influential and leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
