What you will do:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation for multiple departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, proactive approach to problem-solving and the desire to work in a collaborative environment & culture.
- Perform Administrative duties related to assigned departments and cross group support.
- Coordinate monthly time reporting for Research & Development and Technical Support teams. Requires use of Excel, including pivot tables, and SAP.
- Collect and maintain calibration records for lab equipment. Requires scanning and use of SharePoint.
- Front Entrance Coverage for visitors, contractors, and deliveries (shared responsibility with two other Administrative Assistants).
- Support existing SharePoint sites, including permissions management
- Team Player with other Administrative Assistants supporting site events (quarterly employee communication sessions, annual sales meeting, etc.)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What we need from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and SAP
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
