To strengthen our team in Adrian,

we are looking for you as a(n) Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

To safely supply service to production and assisting meeting goals established by production
Follow and enforce SOP's, company policies, and procedures.
Incident reporting and initial investigation. First Aid response in plant during night shift and weekend shift. Safety of Production operators, and equipment.
Supervise schedule attainment, production monitoring, and update departments on status of equipment and processes.
Trouble shooting equipment / processes and working with Operations Specialists, maintenance, chemists, scheduling, and logistics to keep production running.
Support / Guide operators. Assist operators with production related issues.
Assist with inventory, MSO's, material requests

Requirements:

Must be willing to work flexible schedules
Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Supervisor
Knowledge of Batch processes
Understanding safe work practices
Good communication skills
Trouble shooting skills
Good interpersonal skills
