
Responsibilities:
- To safely supply service to production and assisting meeting goals established by production
- Follow and enforce SOP's, company policies, and procedures.
- Incident reporting and initial investigation. First Aid response in plant during night shift and weekend shift. Safety of Production operators, and equipment.
- Supervise schedule attainment, production monitoring, and update departments on status of equipment and processes.
- Trouble shooting equipment / processes and working with Operations Specialists, maintenance, chemists, scheduling, and logistics to keep production running.
- Support / Guide operators. Assist operators with production related issues.
- Assist with inventory, MSO's, material requests
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Supervisor
- Knowledge of Batch processes
- Understanding safe work practices
- Good communication skills
- Trouble shooting skills
- Good interpersonal skills
