To strengthen our team in Adrian,
we are looking for you as a(n) Productivity Manager.
Responsible for the development and implementation of productivity projects to reduce costs and improve business profitability. Leads projects as well as coaches other project leaders on the implementation of operational improvements. Tracks, updates, and monitors projects and operational KPIs.
Position Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of standard productivity projects
- Lead or participate in special projects
- Facilitate lean six sigma training, mentor candidates, and certify green and yellow belt candidates.
- Run employee productivity suggestion system
- Update productivity databases, quarterly reporting to management, and prepare for annual WOS conference
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Travel <15%
- Black belt certification
- 7 years of related experience preferred
- Knowledge of silicone chemistry, corresponding chemical engineering and production methods background
- Experience and knowledge of ERP system principles and tools (MS Office, SharePoint, SAP R/3 and B.O.)
