we are looking for you as a(n) Maintenance Scheduler.

Job Responsibilities

Prioritize, plan, and follow-up on accuracy of the job plan for all planned work
Act as principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning/production management
Review all planned work requests from assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority
Obtain and organize all information required for the crafts to perform the work: task list, drawings, vendor manual, supplemental instructional materials, special procedures, and other file material which is appropriate.
Participate in other activities as required, including field investigation, interpretation of drawings and documentation, and assistance with procurement of necessary materials.

Qualifications

Community College, Apprenticeship program and/or technical school background is desirable
Prefer a Journeyman Certificate as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, Pipe fitter or Electrician.
Minimum of 10 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance planning and/or supervisory experience required.
Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical specification and design documents and drawings.
Ability to work in a team environment acting as both a leader and a follower, as needed
Sound written and verbal skills to share and receive information with a variety of team members and external agents.
