岗位职责：

- EHSS RESPONSIBILITIES安全相关职责

•    Comply with applicable position-related laws, regulations and other requirements, understand and comply with company's EHSS policies, procedures, standards and rules.
遵守岗位相应的法律法规及其它要求，理解并遵守公司的EHSS方针、程序、标准和规定。
•    Pass pre-employment medical examination and attend regular health surveillance program (check and result consultation) to ensure no occupational contraindication.
上岗前体检合格并参与定期的健康监护（体检和结果咨询）以确保没有职业禁忌症。
•    Meet training requirement for regulatory and EHSS policies, pass the job specific training prior to perform the job.
满足法规和EHSS方针的培训要求，并且上岗前需通过岗位特定的培训。
•    Take EHSS responsibilities related to the position and participate actively EHSS programs and activities to ensure no injury. Ensure unit operation activities with good level of EHS.
承担岗位相关的EHSS职责并积极参与EHSS的项目和活动以确保无工伤事故。保证本岗位在安全、健康和环保的要求下进行生产活动。

- JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES岗位相关职责
•    作为工厂EHSS协调员，与EHSS部门保持紧密联系，寻求相关的EHSS支持，以实现工厂制定的EHSS目标。
As the plant EHSS Coordinator, keep closely with the EHSS department and seek relevant EHSS support to achieve the plant's set EHSS goals.
•    熟悉安全标准化并支持相关工作，如负责区域安全标准化年度自我评估
Familiar with safety standardization and support for relevant work, when necessary, i.e. annual self-assessment of safety standardization for the responsible area.
•    领导并参与操作安全的相关风险分析，如合理性检查，瓦克分析，避免爆炸，MOC， JSRA， PSSR， HAZOP等，检查其质量并确保其执行
Lead and participate in relevant risk analysis of operation safety such as Plausibility Check, Wacker Analysis, Avoidance of Explosion, MOC, JSRA, PSSR, HAZOP etc. check the quality of it and ensure all are implemented.
•    在现场进行定期和/或常规的EHSS检查，以监督EHSS相关要求的实施
Conduct regular and/or routine EHSS inspection on site to supervise the implementation of EHSS related requirements.
•    根据要求起草或制定工厂EHSS相关程序 
Draft or develop plant EHSS related procedure as required.
•    定期或根据现场情况进行相关的EHSS培训和/或审核
Conduct relevant EHSS training and/or audit as planned regularly or as required based on site situation.
•    为车间提供作业票的支持
Provide EHSS support for work permit.
•    配合主管安排员工参加site年度安全培训
Cooperate with supervisor to arrange employees to attend site annual training
•    领导工厂消防、应急演习和EHSS培训
Lead plant firefighting, emergency drill and EHSS training
•    组织工厂的EHSS活动，如EHSS活动，每周主题，安全讨论，安全日/开放日
Organize plant EHSS activities such as EHSS campaign, Weekly topics, safety discussion, safety day/open day
•    组织工厂事件报告和RCA系统，即审查事件报告，跟进相关行动等
Organize plant incident reporting and RCA system i.e. review incident report, follow up relevant actions etc
•    支持现场EHSS审核
Support site EHSS audit
•    其他分配的任务
Other task assigned

岗位要求：

- EHSS QUALIFICATION安全相关资质

•    Good safety awareness.
安全意识好。

- JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION岗位相关资质  
•    More than 5 years of experience in chemical industry, more than 2 years of front-line management experience.
具有5年以上化工行业生经验，2年以上一线管理经验 。
•    Be familiar with basic chemical reactions and process, be familiar with basic chemical industrial equipment. Know basic automatic process control theory
熟悉基本化学反应和化工工艺，熟悉常见的化工设备，了解基本的工艺自动控制原理。
•    Have basic process safety foundation and process safety analysis method.
有基础的工艺安全基础和工艺安全分析方法。
•    Able to read, write, listen and speak basic English words.
能读、写、听、说基本英文。
•    Operational skill in using office software.
熟练操作办公软件。
•    Accountability, initiative, teamwork spirit, communication skill, learning skill.
责任心、主动性、团队精神、沟通能力、学习能力。
•    High school, occupational school with chemical related major or above.
普通高中学历或化工类中等职业教育学历及以上。
•    Experience as workshop safety Coordinator/Plant Safety Coordinator is preferred
担任过车间安全协调员/工厂安全协调员优先
•    Certified Safety Engineer certificate is preferred
有注册安全工程师证优先。
